Hello, I’m Cara, a licensed therapist and a devoted student of the human heart. I journey with people towards the gifts of their imperfections, when adaptation is the name of the game.

I’ve spent the last seven years specializing in hormone-informed and life stage- informed care. I support individuals and couples to thrive and grow during perimenopause, menopause, and discernment. I am an ADHD-informed clinician and welcome highly senstive people and neurodivergent partners to live their most authentic lives in the context of interdependence.

I’m committed to helping folks manage relationship stress and anxiety with compassion, and to teach skills of recognition for when your negative interactional patterns take hold and when your anxiety tries to boss you around.
